"3D4U in Ukraine" focus group meeting: discussion of the prospects of 3D technologies in the field of fashion
In March and April 2024, a consortium of Ukrainian partners held 4 focus groups within the project "3D concepts for fashion education in Ukraine" - 3D4U, 101128856 / funded by EACEA - Erasmus+.

National Industry Partnership in the Fashion Industry FASHION GLOBAL UKRAINE held 4 meetings, the purpose of which was to discuss the current trends and prospects of 3D technologies in the production and design of the fashion industry of Ukraine. Interested specialists and representatives of the fashion industry from education and production were invited to the meetings, who shared their thoughts, ideas and experience in this direction.
During the focus group, the possibilities of 3D Hubs and the wishes of representatives of education and business regarding the opportunity to expand the range of knowledge and skills in creating 3D models of clothes, shoes, accessories, predicting the properties of materials and developing virtual clothes were discussed.
Many interesting ideas were voiced, which will be taken into account in the development of project documentation #3D4U.
